SMS Opt-In Process

The sender is the local business the consumer called (for example a plumber, HVAC, or cleaning company). Leads Saver Pro provides the phone line and software. Messages reply only to the caller's own inquiry. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.

When a consumer calls the business and nobody answers, the call is forwarded to the business's automated phone line.

The business's own name is spoken. Example for Joe's Plumbing:

"Sorry we missed your call to Joe's Plumbing. Press 1 to agree to receive text messages from Joe's Plumbing about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help."

If the caller presses 1, they have agreed to receive texts from that business. Their phone number, the date and time, and the call ID are recorded as proof of consent.

If the caller presses any other key or nothing, no text message is sent and they hear: "No problem. We will not text you. Goodbye."

Example for Joe's Plumbing:

"Joe's Plumbing: Thanks for calling! Sorry we missed you. How can we help? Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Reply STOP at any time to stop all messages; one confirmation is sent and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help or email support@leadssaver.pro.
