Acceptable Use Policy

The Service is for legitimate businesses to respond to people who contacted them, follow up on real inquiries, and manage their own leads and customers.

Sending spam, bulk marketing to purchased or scraped lists, or messages to people who have not contacted your business or given consent.

Contacting anyone who has opted out (for example by replying STOP).

Sending content that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or that promotes violence.

Messaging related to prohibited industries, including illegal drugs, firearms sales, gambling, high-risk lending, debt collection, or adult content.

Impersonating another person or business, or misrepresenting your business.

Posting fake reviews or offering incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

Attempting to access another business's data, probing or breaking security, or overloading the Service.

Reselling or sublicensing the Service without written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, pause messaging, suspend, or terminate accounts. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.

If you received an unwanted message sent through Leads Saver Pro, reply STOP to opt out and email us with the sending number so we can investigate.
