Cancellation Policy

Account owners can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel subscription. You can also email us and we will cancel for you.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which automations stop and the account becomes read-only.

Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges or credits for the remaining paid period. Review the selected plan and billing period before confirming a change.

You may export your data before your period ends. You can reactivate within 30 days to keep your records, or request permanent deletion at any time.

We may cancel accounts for non-payment or violation of our Terms. Except for serious abuse, we will notify you by email first.
