Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your first payment, whether monthly or yearly, within 14 days of the original charge. This applies once per business and does not limit your statutory rights or Paddle's applicable buyer protections.

The first-payment guarantee does not restart on monthly or yearly renewal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again. Renewal refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after a cancellation took effect, we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

If a significant outage on our side prevents you from using the Service for an extended period, contact us and we may issue a prorated credit or refund at our discretion.

Outside the first-payment guarantee, requests relating to unused billing periods or features are assessed under applicable law and Paddle's Refund Policy; nothing in this policy excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Email support@leadssaver.pro from your account email with your business name and the charge date. We respond within 2 business days.

You can also request a refund directly from Paddle at https://paddle.net. Paddle processes approved refunds as Merchant of Record.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
