Where data is stored
All business data is stored in our Supabase PostgreSQL database with row-level security so each business can only access its own records.
Messaging and consent
You are responsible for ensuring your automated SMS follow-up complies with applicable US messaging regulations, including opt-out handling.
Data retention
We retain business records for the life of your account. You can request deletion of your business data by contacting support.
Your choices
You may update or delete business information at any time in Business Settings, and you may cancel your subscription from Billing.
